The Role

We are looking for a Payment Channel Manager based in Argentina to help expand and manage Starpago’s local payment infrastructure.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with banks, PSPs, payment providers, and fintech partners, ensuring our merchants have reliable, scalable, and high-performing payment channels.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in payments, fintech, or iGaming who understands the Argentinian payment ecosystem and enjoys working in a fast-paced fintech environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize local payment channels in Argentina

• Build and maintain partnerships with banks, acquirers, PSPs, and alternative payment providers

• Identify and onboard new payment methods and strategic partners

• Monitor transaction success rates and payment performance

• Improve payment routing and reduce processing costs

• Work closely with product, tech, compliance, and merchant teams

• Ensure payment channels remain stable, compliant, and scalable

• Provide insights about the Argentinian payments landscape

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in payments, fintech, iGaming, or related industries

• Strong understanding of the local payment ecosystem in Argentina

• Experience working with PSPs, payment processors, banks, or acquiring partners

• Fluent conversational English (mandatory)

• Experience with high-risk industries (iGaming, crypto, fintech) is a strong plus

• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced fintech environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with LATAM cross-border payments

• Knowledge of crypto payments or OTC liquidity flows

• Previous experience working with iGaming operators
