Job Description
岗位职责
•牵头负责用户中心、消息中心、管理后台、财务报表、风控平台、AML系统等核心应用的架构设计、技术选型与核心模块开发，贴合数字货币交易所合规运营需求。
•主导应用系统的技术难题攻关，针对用户并发访问、数据安全、风控规则落地、AML合规检测等关键痛点，提出优化方案并落地实施，参考Binance、OKX应用研发经验，提升系统稳定性与易用性。
•参与制定应用研发组技术规范、开发流程及质量标准，指导中、初级工程师开展开发工作，推动团队技术能力提升与技术沉淀。
•深度对接合规、财务、风控、运营等部门，理解业务需求，将业务需求转化为技术方案，确保应用系统符合香港数字货币监管要求（如AML反洗钱、用户身份认证KYC等）。
•跟进行业前沿技术（如微服务架构、低代码平台），结合公司业务场景进行技术创新，优化应用系统架构，提升开发效率与系统可扩展性。
•配合运维组、测试组完成系统部署、监控优化、自动化测试落地及应急响应，保障应用系统7×24小时稳定运行，支撑公司日常运营。
