主要职责

• 负责Java后端系统及前端应用开发
• 构建高性能、可扩展的系统及API服务
• 开发用户体验良好的前端界面
• 与产品及技术团队合作实现功能需求
• 优化系统性能及稳定性
• 进行系统调试、问题排查与修复
• 参与代码评审并提升代码质量
• 负责数据库设计及数据处理优化
• 参与系统架构设计与技术决策
• 持续学习并应用新技术

任职要求

• 3–6年全栈开发经验
• 熟悉Java开发（Spring Boot等框架）
• 熟悉前端技术（React / Vue / Angular）
• 熟悉API设计及微服务架构
• 熟悉MySQL / PostgreSQL等数据库
• 具备良好的问题分析与解决能力
• 具备团队合作精神
• 能接受赴日本工作（提供支持）

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend technologies
• Build scalable and high-performance backend services and APIs
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and system reliability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure efficient data handling
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
• Stay updated with latest technologies and best development practices

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks)
• Experience with frontend technologies (React, Vue, Angular, or similar)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to relocate to Japan (full support provided)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS platforms, gaming systems, or high-traffic applications
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience working in international or distributed teams
