岗位职责：
1、参与海外版各系统、高并发分布式平台的架构设计、技术选型、模块编码与重构优化，保障系统的高性能、高可用与可扩展性
2、攻克高并发、高可用、数据一致性、分布式事务等技术难题；持续进行系统性能调优，包括JVM、数据库、缓存、中间件等
3、推动建立和优化持续集成/持续交付流程，参与技术方案评审，对项目的技术质量和按时交付负责
4、完成海外版清结算、积分、用户中心、理财、预测市场等系统开发
5、完善现有后台管理系统和IM功能
岗位要求：
1、有top15交易所工作经验
2、有社交、web3支付/传统支付开发经验
3、对web3金融有一定的理解，熟悉defi、gamefi、合约、跟单中至少一项
4、能独立从技术层面产出web3行业潮流app调研报告，并给出初步的技术方案和建议
5、对直播、音播、语音房打赏有一定的认知
了解闪兑、dex等基本功能
