Job Description
- Support Manager in all work-related tasks.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Provide the manager with daily reports and work timesheets.
- Gathering estimates and preparing client proposals.
- Assist with furniture installations and project submissions.
- Consistency complete assigned tasks within required timeframe.
- Pleasing personality and be a face for the company
- 2-3 years of Background in Interior Design is preferred
- Proficiency in English.
- Professional work ethic and appearance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DMAX, Photoshop and SketchUp.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
