DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Design and develop engaging, e-learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360

-Translate complex information into clear, concise, and compelling learning materials

-Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define learning needs and content objectives

-Create storyboards, scripts, and multimedia elements to support content development

-Apply adult learning principles, instructional design theory, and digital learning best practices

-Ensure all learning content is accessible, inclusive, and culturally sensitive for a global audience

-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality

-Support the localization and translation of content where required

EXPERIENCE/ EXPERTISE

-5 years and up in instructional design or a related learning role (internships or academic projects count).

Experience collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements and refine content.

-Demonstrated ability to create storyboards, scripts, and assessments under guidance.

-Exposure to project-based work with deadlines, feedback cycles, and iteration.

-Portfolio showing sample modules, scenarios, or learning assets is a plus.

-Proven experience in instructional design and digital content creation

-Strong proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and other authoring tools

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage

-Ability to build strong, effective relationships with internal stakeholders

-Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

-Experience working in a fast-paced, global business environment

-Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM-compliant content

-Basic skills in building interactions (click-to-reveal, branched scenarios, quizzes), and using audio/visual assets.
