職責
主要工作
1. 通过当地接地气的圈子、熟人介绍和本地社群寻找候选人。
2. 负责电话初筛和线下面试，判断候选人的人脉、执行力和稳定性。
3. 给通过面试的人安排3—7天试岗，讲清楚任务和考核标准。我们的运营会给你最大的线上的协助。
4. 每天检查到岗、联系记录、拜访记录和实际推进情况。
5. 对候选人提交的信息进行电话或现场核实，避免假人、假记录。
6. 及时淘汰不做事、长期拖延或者数据造假的人。
7. 每天向线上运营团队简单汇报：面试多少人、试岗多少人、留下多少人、每日任务进度如何、实际出了什么结果。
職位要求
我们希望你
1. 中国人，目前长期居住在印度，有合法居留或工作条件。
2. 中文沟通顺畅，能使用英语；
3. 必须会印地语或当地邦的特殊语言。
4. 熟悉印度当地招聘渠道、知道去哪里找到目标人员和办事方式。
5. 做过招聘、地推管理、BD、渠道销售或基层团队管理。
6. 能线下面试，也愿意去现场抽查，不是只在网上转发招聘信息。
7. 判断人比较准，敢于淘汰不合适的人。
8. 做事直接、执行快，能够接受按结果考核。
9. 有支付、电商、游戏、互联网或本地服务行业经验优先。
薪资
- 固定工资＋招聘结果奖励＋团队绩效奖励。
- 不是面试得越多工资越高，重点看最终留下多少能做事的人，以及团队有没有实际结果。具体金额和结算方式面议。
