Responsibilities
* Carry out recruitment for designated positions according to leadership requirements;
* Establish and develop multiple recruitment channels, proactively source candidates and build a talent pool to ensure the company's staffing needs are met promptly and effectively;
* Refine overall employee performance indicators;
* Improve various company management policies.
Requirements
* 1. Experience working across time zones, with English as a working language;
* 2. At least 3 years of recruitment experience; Web3 industry experience is a plus;
* 3. Experience managing remote tools such as Notion and Lark;
* 4. Familiarity with various recruitment channels and processes, with strong interviewing techniques and communication skills.
