HR Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The role requires a proactive professional who can build a positive workplace culture while ensuring efficient HR processes.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle attendance, payroll inputs, reimbursements, and HR documentation.
• Manage Google Workspace and employee account administration.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and grievance resolution.
• Coordinate performance management, appraisals, and PIP.
• Ensure statutory compliance and HR policy implementation.
• Plan training and development initiatives.
• Manage exit formalities, Full & Final settlements, and exit interviews.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, labour compliance, PMS, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
