4.中文、泰语双语流利,女性绝对优先

5.签约泰国公司主体,在泰国曼谷,具体地址:

201 6 Praditmanutham Road, Wang ThonglangSubdistrict, Wang Thonglang District, Bangkok10310

6.双休,早九晚六,月薪控制在12w泰铢以内(约等于25k人民币),年终奖+绩效最多三个月左右,岗位预算很严格,基本不可能超出

【岗位职责】

1.人力资源管理(60%)

1.1负责泰国分公司员工全周期管理,包括招聘、入职、转正、调动及离职流程,确保符合中泰两地劳动法规;

1.2主导本地人才招聘工作,根据业务需求制定招聘计划,拓展本地招聘渠道,提升招聘效率与质量;

1.3负责员工关系维护,处理员工投诉、纠纷及劳动纪律问题防范用工风险;

1.4统筹月度薪酬核算、社保缴纳及个税申报,确保数据准确性与合规性

1.5协助北京总部HR团队落地绩效管理、培训发展等HR项目在泰国的实施。

2.行政管理(30%)

2.1负责曼谷办公室日常运营管理,包括办公环境维护、设备采购、供应商管理及费用控制;

2.2组织策划公司内部活动(如年会、团队建设、节日庆祝等),提升团队凝聚力;

2.3协助办理员工签证、工作许可及相关证件,确保外派员规入境与停留。

3.跨文化沟通与协调(10%)

3.1作为泰国分公司与北京总部的沟通桥梁,确保信息传递确、及时;

3.2协助总部了解泰国本地政策、文化习俗及市场动态,为决策提供本地化支持
