HR Manager (China Yanbian)(Korean speaking)

Location: China Yanbian

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle HR-related matters and manage employee relations
• Ensure compliance with China labor laws and regulations
• Provide administrative support as the key point of contact for Mainland China business operations
• Support leadership in executing strategic initiatives
• Handle ad-hoc projects and operational challenges

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in HR, Administration, or a combined role
• Strong understanding of China employment regulations and best HR practices
• Experience in office administration/new office set-up would be an advantage
• Fluent in Korean and Business English
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology, software, or fast-growing companies
• Experience supporting regional or international teams
• Knowledge of HR systems and operational tools
• Background in startup or scaling environments
