【岗位职责】
1. 全面负责公司招聘工作：岗位需求梳理、JD 撰写、渠道建设与维护、候选人主动寻访、面试组织、offer 设计与谈判、入职跟进;重点为 AI infra 方向技术岗位（大模型推理优化、GPU 集群管理等）及运营岗位,按年度编制目标完成交付。
2. 负责猎头供应商的筛选、管理与费用控制。
3. 独立完成基础人事工作：劳动合同管理、社保公积金办理、月度薪酬核算与个税申报、
入离职办理、考勤与假期管理、期权协议签署配合;可视情况使用外部人事代理。
4. 搭建适配公司发展阶段的基础人事制度与流程。
5. 协助进行组织规划、薪酬定价与候选人评估。
【任职要求】
1. 5 年以上人力资源工作经验，其中 3 年以上招聘模块负责或独立承担经验；
2. 近 2 年有一线招聘交付经验，具备可直接使用的招聘渠道与候选人资源；
3. 有技术岗位招聘经验，熟悉互联网/AI 技术人才市场及薪酬水平；
4. 熟悉劳动合同、社保公积金、薪酬核算等基础人事操作及相关法律法规；
【加分项】
1. 有百人以下初创公司 HR 工作经验，或完整经历过公司从早期到规模化的阶段；
2. 有 AI 或科技公司技术招聘背景；
3. 有期权激励沟通或 offer 设计经验。
