岗位职责：
活动策划：负责策划并落地产品的用户增长活动，进行效果复盘与优化，持续提升活动转化率与用户参与度；
用户运营：围绕产品的用户生命周期，规划并执行增长策略，提高整体产品的用户渗透率；
数据洞察：结合数据分析与市场行情，不断优化运营策略、用户体验；
产品运营：深入理解产品逻辑，提出对增长有实质影响的产品优化建议，助力业务持续增长。
任职要求：
英语可作为工作语言，有海外市场经验者优先；
本科及以上学历，留学背景优先；
3年以上产品运营、用户运营或增长运营经验，具备 Crypto、金融相关经验 者优先；
具备用户运营、产品运营相关经验；
具备基础数据分析能力，对用户增长有一定认知和经验者优先。
