- Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- A/B test ad creatives, headlines, and audience segments.
- Manage budgets and allocate spending efficiently across campaigns.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with Facebook Ads Manager updates, trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content.
- Implement retargeting strategies and lookalike audience campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with Facebook advertising policies and guidelines.
- Proven experience in Facebook Ads campaign management.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager.
- Expertise in audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives and headlines.
- Knowledge of pixel tracking and attribution models.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or direct response marketing is a plus.
