Job Description
Golang（Web3-远程办公）
职责：
1.使用 Golang 开发高性能、可扩展的软件解决方案。
2.利用先进的并发技术优化应用程序性能。
3.使用 GoZero、Gin 等 Golang 框架设计和实施项目。
4.集成和优化 MySQL、 Redis、Kafka 等中间件技术。
5.开发和维护分布式微服务架构。
6.遵循最佳实践 ，编写干净、高效、可维护的代码。
7.进行代码审查 ，并向团队成员提供建设性反馈。
要求：
1、全日制211/985本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，3 年以上 Golang 开发经验；
2、熟练掌握 Golang 编程
3、有设计并实现高并发服务经验（QPS > 1w+），熟悉性能优化路径；
4、熟悉网络协议、微服务架构和中间件；
5、熟悉分布式系统稳定性保障手段
6、对代码质量、故障定位、测试覆盖、可观测性有较强认知；
7、有良好的沟通协作能力和业务理解能力，具备 owner 意识；
8、具备良好的代码质量意识、文档编写能力与跨团队沟通能力。
