后端开发工程师 远程
【岗位职责】
设计并实现高性能的后端服务，包括 API、微服务与数据库，确保系统稳定与高可用性；
与前端工程师、智能合约开发者、产品经理紧密协作，明确项目需求，确保链上链下流程顺畅对接；
与 DevOps 工程师配合，优化并维护 CI/CD 流水线，实现高效部署与高质量代码交付；
具备定位并解决后端系统复杂问题的能力，关注系统稳定性与性能表现；
【任职要求】
至少 7 年以上后端开发经验，具备构建稳定、可扩展、安全的后端系统能力；
有 CEX工作经验，了解交易系统者；
精通 Golang、Rust等后端语言和开发框架，精通JavaScript。能快速学习新语言；
深刻理解 API 开发原则，具备 RESTful 服务开发经验；
熟练掌握关系型数据库（如 PostgreSQL、MySQL）及 NoSQL 数据库（如 Redis）的设计、管理与迁移策略；
熟悉 CI/CD 工具链（如 GitHub Actions、Bitbucket）并具备相关实施经验；
主动探索与应用新技术，推动产品与代码质量持续提升；
优秀的问题解决能力，能胜任快节奏、变化多的工作环境；
拥有良好的沟通能力，能与跨职能团队高效协作。
