岗位职责
设计并实现 MPC（多方计算）协议的 Golang 后端系统
构建高可用的私钥分片管理和分布式签名服务
开发安全的密钥生成、存储、恢复全生命周期管理系统
实现门限签名（TSS）
和安全多方计算相关算法
构建与多条区块链（以太坊、比特币、Solana 等）的集成层
需求技能
5 年以上后端开发经验，其中 3 年以上专注于 Golang 开发
深入理解 MPC/TSS 技术栈，有实际生产系统开发经验
精通椭圆曲线密码学（ECC）、零知识证明、门限签名等密码学概念
丰富的区块链协议层开发经验，熟悉至少 ETH，BTC，Solana 等主流公链
在高安全要求系统（金融、支付、加密货币等）的开发经验
熟练使用 Docker、Kubernetes、CI/CD 等云原生技术栈
优秀的系统设计能力，能够设计可扩展的微服务架构
加分项
有数字钱包、交易所、托管服务的实际开发经验
熟悉 HSM（YubiHSM、AWS CloudHSM、Azure Dedicated HSM）
贡献过开源区块链项目（如 Cosmos SDK、以太坊客户端等）
