岗位职责：
负责内容分发平台的整体架构设计、技术演进与团队管理；
带领Go团队完成核心功能开发与维护，解决系统性能瓶颈；
主导平台容器化改造、CI/CD流程建设；
负责RESTful API接口设计及技术方案评审；
负责团队成员的技术培养、绩效管理及梯队建设。
岗位要求：
本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，7年以上Golang一线开发经验，3年以上团队管理经验；
具备扎实的高并发、高流量系统实战经验，能独立讲清楚高并发场景的全链路解决方案；
熟悉分布式系统架构设计，深入理解高可用、高并发、负载均衡核心技术；
精通GoZero、Gin等主流框架，具备框架选型能力；
必须有内容分发、社交、电商等高流量C端产品的Go开发经验；
熟悉MySQL、Redis、Kafka、gRPC、RabbitMQ等中间件；
熟悉分布式缓存及CDN内容分发方案；
熟悉Docker、Kubernetes及主流云平台；
必须具备3人以上团队管理经验，个人贡献者背景不予考虑。
加分项：
有内容分发平台经验；
了解机器学习和智能推荐算法，有AI编程经验；
熟悉Web前端相关技术。

Go工龄少于5年（含Java/PHP转Go不足5年）
个人贡献者背景，无团队管理经验
