Golang & Rust 工程师（后端）
核心要求
• 3年+后端经验，2年+ Go 实战，本科+
• 计算机/软件相关专业，代码质量强迫症
技术栈
• 主力：Go (Zero/Gin/Gorm) + 微服务 + gRPC + MySQL/Redis/Kafka
• 性能层：Rust (tokio/axum) - 负责20%关键路径性能优化
• 工具层：Python 写脚本/自动化/数据处理
• 基建：Docker/K8s、Prometheus/Grafana、CI/CD、Linux
解决什么核心问题
• 高并发交易系统设计（目标：500QPS→5000QPS）
• 金融/支付/订单核心系统的稳定性保障
• 遗留系统微服务化重构与性能瓶颈治理
• 多语言混合架构（Go做业务+Rust做计算密集型组件）
加分项
• 金融/支付/交易行业背景
• Rust实战经验（CLI/WASM/系统级组件）
• Go性能调优（pprof/GC优化）实战经验
带GitHub/性能优化案例/代码片段优先面试
