岗位职责：
-熟悉交易所资金全业务，负责多币种、多主体全盘账务，按时完成月结年结，出具准确财务报表并做差异分析。
-对接产品、研发团队，梳理业务财务需求，转化为记账规则与系统配置，参与财务对账核算系统搭建、测试与优化，推动财务流程自动化。
管理冷热钱包、银行账户、代币台账，每日链上对账，排查资金差异，搭建数字资产内控流程，保障资金数据准确。
-协同业务、风控部门输出经营分析数据，规范报销、薪资、资产调拨全流程财务操作。
任职要求：
-财务、金融本科，持有中级 / 高级会计、CPA 部分科目优先；
-3 年以上 Web3 / 加密交易所财务全盘工作经验，懂链上对账（Etherscan/Tronscan）；
-能独立对接产研提财务系统需求，熟悉交易所各类业务记账逻辑；
-擅长多币种资金管理、报表编制、账务差异核对，沟通协调能力强；
-适应加密行业快节奏，熟练使用 Excel、财务 / ERP 系统。
加分项
有海外主体账务、从零搭建财务对账体系、财务自动化优化经验优先。
