Description
全面负责公司财务管理工作（核算、资金、税务、内控），保障资金安全与合规运营，提供高质量财务分析支持业务决策。
- 财务核算与报表：完善财务体系，审核账务，编制月/季/年报及管理报表，输出财务分析
- 资金管理：制定资金计划，监控现金流，统筹收付及账户管理，提升资金使用效率（含加密资产）
- 应收应付：管理账期与回款，控制坏账风险；审核付款及费用，控制支出
- 税务管理：负责申报缴纳及税务筹划，降低税务风险
- 审计与内控：对接审计，建立并执行内控制度，确保合规
- 预算与成本：参与预算编制与执行跟踪，开展成本分析与优化
Requirements
- 本科及以上，财务/会计/金融相关专业
- 5年以上财务经验，3年以上管理经验，有全盘账经验
- 熟悉中国及香港会计准则、税务法规
- 具备资金管理、财务分析与风险控制能力
- 中级会计师及以上，CPA优先
- 有加密货币行业经验优先
