Finance Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Recording to Reporting processes.

Preparation of Monthly Management Reports:

o Profit and Loss and budget variance analysis.

All Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation.

o Preparation and managing the landed costing of all international and domestic products.

Review monthly stock take variance per region and Group consolidated.

Monitor and manage all statutory compliance, licenses, permits, and taxes

Manage and coordinate external and internal audit compliance and requirements

Assist in reviewing, revisiting and documenting the Finance policies, processes and controls

Manage the Receivable to Collection process.

Manage Procurement to Payment Processes.

Managed the Fixed Assets recording and reporting processes.

Manage the overall administration of the business.

Train and mentor Finance and Admin Staff.

Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the Corporate Service Manager or Financial Controller as it deemed appropriate.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Timely and accurate preparation of Management Report within the indicated time frame (40%)

Managing the Receivables to Collection Process and prompt and accurate reports (15%)

Managing the Procurement to Payment Processes (15%)

Full compliance of statutory requirements, internal and external audit, taxes, licenses, permits, etc. (20%)

Preparation of Documented PI Finance Manual (10%)

QUALIFICATION, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Completed bachelor's degree in accountancy or other related filed of studies

With at least with 5 years of experience on similar role and capacity

CPA or CA Qualification is desirable

High emphasis on accuracy and details

Analytical, interpretation and problem-solving capabilities

Knowledge in MS Office Applications
