Job Description

1. In class, adjust teaching methods in a personalized way according to students' personality traits.
2. Promptly feedback on classroom situations, discipline, and other issues that are unfavorable to students' positive learning and development.
3. Deliver courses in accordance with the basic pre-service classroom requirements; on the basis of these basic requirements, personalized adjustments can be made based on one's own experience.

Job Requirements:

1. Stable internet and power supply.

2. Preference will be given to IELTS teachers, local university teachers, and those with previous working experience in China.

3. Preference will also be given to current high school English teachers.

4. Good English pronunciation.

5. Outstanding candidates who do not fully meet the above two preferences may still be considered and admitted exceptionally.

Salary:

2-4 dollars per 30 minutes

Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Beijing Time), at least Monday to Friday per week.

Official Start Date: Next week (March 23), immediate start.
