岗位职责：
负责AI短剧内容的本地化改编与创作，针对特定语言市场做深度适配
将当地俚语、热梗、文化习惯自然融入剧本与镜头表达
使用AI工具完成剧本优化、分镜调整与内容迭代
与生成、剪辑团队紧密配合，确保本地化内容落地效果
任职要求：
充分熟练目标外语（不限制语种，英语、东南亚语、日语、阿拉伯语等均可）
熟悉当地网络热梗与俚语，能灵活运用到AI短剧内容中
热爱AI，有AI视频/短剧相关经验或强烈兴趣
具备编剧、内容本地化或海外内容创作经验优先
对短剧节奏、情绪与传播效果有敏锐感知
