Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing the company's social media platforms, creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and maintaining a strong online presence. The role involves content planning, graphic and video coordination, community management, and performance reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain the company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Create and implement monthly content calendars.
• Schedule and publish social media posts according to the approved marketing plan.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital channels.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas.

Content Creation

• Develop engaging captions, promotional content, and marketing campaigns.
• Create product-related content, company updates, announcements, and event promotions.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots for products, projects, and company activities.
• Produce or coordinate graphic designs, reels, and short-form videos.

Community Management

• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly.
• Monitor online reviews and customer feedback.
• Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Build and maintain positive engagement with followers and customers.

Digital Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and special events.
• Support lead generation efforts through social media platforms.

Analytics and Reporting

• Track social media performance metrics including:

• Followers Growth

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze results and recommend strategies to improve performance.

Administrative Tasks

• Maintain digital content archives and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Management regarding marketing requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
