岗位职责：
1.负责CEX交易平台合约类产品的运营，进行调研、梳理业务逻辑，规划并执行运营方案；
2.与产品、研发等部门紧密配合，推动项目的实施和落地，并能配合市场等部门一起推动产品上线后的增长；
3.负责合约运营的策划、创意、撰写、项目管理和资源整合等工作，跟进活动的落地执行，并对活动效果进行跟踪和综合分析；
4.对于日常项目的数据定期的跟踪和分析总结，优化运营方向，运营策略，并且跟踪执行，落地；
5.根据实际运营工作需要，对竞品运营情况分析，提出解决方案，进行相应的解决；职位要求：
任职条件：
1.本科及以上学历
2.2年以上区块链合约运营经验，对当前合约竞品市场情况熟悉，有交易所运营经验尤佳。
3.必须具备极强的快速学习能力及自我驱动力，抗压力强；
4.具有开拓精神，面对新业务能够发现突破口，并团结团队推动业务的发展；
5.英语听说能力良好，可作为工作语言。
