Job Description

岗位职责:

负责日常用户咨询与问题处理,覆盖在线客服、工单、邮件等渠道

跟进复杂问题、客诉及异常案例,并推动内部协作解决

整理高频问题与用户反馈,持续优化服务流程和回复话术,持续提升服务效率与用户满意度

搭建并完善客服 SOP、知识库及服务规范

协助统计客服相关数据,输出问题总结与优化建议

根据业务发展逐步组建客服团队,并负责后续团队管理工作


岗位要求:

3 年及以上客服相关经验,有Web3、支付、金融类行业经验优先

能兼顾一线客服执行与流程搭建,有一定的 owner 意识

具备良好的沟通协调能力和服务意识,能独立处理复杂问题与用户投诉

责任心强,执行力强,能适应创业团队和快速变化的工作节奏

具备基础的数据整理与问题分析能力

能与海外客户进行线上文字沟通
