What You Will Do

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns across multiple communication channels
• Provide accurate, timely, and well written responses to resolve customer issues
• Manage a rotating schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and shifting hours
• Maintain composure and professionalism, especially during high pressure interactions
• Work with the team to identify and resolve recurring customer concerns

What We Are Looking For

• At least 6 months of relevant industry experience
• Good typing and written communication skills
• Patience, empathy, and solid stress management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly under pressure and solve problems on the fly
