We are hiring for Customer Service Representatives for our Telco Account (B2B)!


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide great customer support over phone, chat, and email.
  • Listen to customers, ask questions, and solve their issues quickly.
  • Stay friendly and professional while building strong relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • Must be HS Graduate, SHS Graduate, Assoc Undergrad/Graduate, and College Undergrad/Graduate
  • With minimum of 1 year outbound sales experience
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • Flexible with working hours, including holidays, and night shifts
  • Willing to work on-site (Taguig)
