Description
We are hiring for Customer Service Representatives for our Telco Account (B2B)!
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide great customer support over phone, chat, and email.
- Listen to customers, ask questions, and solve their issues quickly.
- Stay friendly and professional while building strong relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Must be HS Graduate, SHS Graduate, Assoc Undergrad/Graduate, and College Undergrad/Graduate
- With minimum of 1 year outbound sales experience
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Flexible with working hours, including holidays, and night shifts
- Willing to work on-site (Taguig)
