Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Share customer feedback and needs with the Supervisor or Department Head
• Prepare basic reports related to customer inquiries
• Research and resolve customer issues using internal systems
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Department Head

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service will be an added advantage
• Strong ability to use email, live chat, and other online communication platforms effectively
• Well-organized, self-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications
• Language proficiency: Vietnamese and English
• Willing to relocate to Cambodia
