I. Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the call center team's attendance, scheduling, and discipline management.

2. Organize daily morning and evening meetings and performance reviews.

3. Develop and implement team KPIs, and track daily/weekly performance data.

4. Responsible for new employee training and on-the-job coaching.

5. Control team turnover rate and handle employee exceptions.


II. Job Requirements

- Education: College diploma or above

- Languages: English + Urdu

- Experience in Call Center/Telemarketing team management

- Experience managing a team of 20 or more people

- Strong stress resistance and results-oriented


III. Salary (PKR/month)

- Managing a team of 20 people: 150,000 PKR

- Managing a team of 40 people: 200,000 PKR

- Managing a team of 80 people: 250,000 PKR

- Managing a team of 100 people: 300,000 PKR PKR


IV. Probation Period

- 3-month probation period, evaluated based on team management performance.
