Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for airfreight (freight forwarding) services
- Generate and secure airfreight shipment bookings to achieve sales targets
- Develop and expand the airfreight business in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pricing, and customer service) to ensure smooth service delivery
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Negotiate rates and contracts with customers to maximize company profitability (GP/month)
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in airfreight (freight forwarding) sales
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating new business
- Strong knowledge of airfreight operations, pricing, and logistics processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a target-driven environment
- Fluent in English
- Open to both local candidates and expatriates
- Willing to be based in Vietnam
