2年以上运营经验，专科及专科以上学历熟练掌握办公自动化软件。熟练掌握数据分析和处理能力，能够对项目数据进行跟踪和分析。优秀的文笔写作能力，文案策划能力。良好的服务意识，优秀的分析、沟通、协调、谈判能力，团队合作精神佳。
2年以上运营经验，专科及专科以上学历
熟练掌握办公自动化软件。熟练掌握数据分析和处理能力，能够对项目数据进行跟踪和分析。优秀的文笔写作能力，文案策划能力。
良好的服务意识，优秀的分析、沟通、协调、谈判能力，团队合作精神佳。
具备强烈的责任心及较好的职业素养，工作踏实、耐心细致。会图片处理、编辑能力(如:PR、PS、Canva、剪映)3.负责公司新媒体平台(包括但不限于抖音、小红书、快手、youtube、tiktok、facebook等)的运营和推广，提升公司产品曝光和知名度，增强公司在新媒体领域的影响力。
负责新媒体平台的内容策划、撰写、编辑和发布，确保内容质量和风格符合公司品牌形象和市场需求。根据公司业务和产品特点，制定并实施新媒体平台的数据分析、运营策略和内容计划，包括但不限于粉丝增长、阅读量提升等。与公司内部团队保持紧密沟通，跟踪、分析平台运营数据，提出优化建议，并提高新媒体、流量运营能力。
