一、岗位职责
1. 内容运营：负责视频产品的二次元（动漫/漫画/视频/图文）内容规划、铺设、标签分类与上架审核，保障内容供给与更新节奏，持续优化内容结构与页面展示效果；
2. 数据运营：以 DAU、用户留存为核心指标，负责日报数据跟踪与复盘分析，定位问题、提出并落地拉活与留存优化动作；
3. 用户与社区：策划并运营社区内容、签到/专区/活动等玩法，提升用户活跃度与粘性；
4. 新品冷启动：参与新视频产品的冷启动与内容板块搭建，建立内容标准与标签体系，推动产品从 0 到 1；
5. 跨部门协同：与产品、技术、投放、平面协同，推进需求落地、功能问题修复与活动上线；
6. 内容合规：负责内容审核与违规排查，保障平台内容安全合规。
## 二、任职要求
1. 3 年以上内容/二次元运营经验，具备独立负责单一产品或核心模块的中高级经验；
2. 熟悉 ACG/二次元生态与用户偏好，对内容有敏感度和判断力；
3. 数据驱动思维强，能独立完成数据分析与复盘，熟练使用 Excel/数据表；
4. 熟练运用 AI 工具提效（内容整理、数据分析、文案生成等）；
5. 内容审核与合规意识强，工作细致、抗压、响应快；
6. 能接受泛娱乐内容行业。
