Tabubil Engineering Limited (TE) is hiring an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Tabubil, Western Province, PNG. We deliver engineering and construction services to Ok Tedi Mining and other major clients across the Fly River region.

• Design and review civil works including earthworks, roads, drainage, foundations, and water infrastructure
• Produce calculations, drawings, specifications, and design reports to AS/NZS standards
• Support site teams with setting out, construction issues, RFIs, and design modifications
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers across the project lifecycle

Requirements

• BS Civil Engineering (PRC-licensed Civil Engineer preferred)
• Min. 5 years' civil design or site experience, ideally in mining, heavy industry, or remote infrastructure
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and standard civil analysis/design tools
• Working knowledge of AS/NZS 1170, AS 3600, AS 2870, and AS 3798 (or willingness to upskill)
• Strong written English; able to work in a multicultural site environment
