岗位职责
1. 负责海外工具产品及社交产品的产品规划、需求分析、产品设计及版本迭代。
2. 深入分析用户需求及业务目标，制定产品方案，持续优化产品体验及核心指标。
3. 独立完成需求分析、原型设计、PRD编写，并推动研发、设计、测试等团队完成产品交付。
4. 基于产品数据及用户反馈持续优化产品功能，提升用户留存、活跃及商业化能力。
5. 与运营、市场等团队紧密配合，推动产品增长策略落地，支撑业务发展。
6. 持续关注行业趋势及竞品动态，探索产品创新方向。
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网产品经理经验。
2.能独立负责产品全生命周期管理，包括需求分析、原型设计、PRD输出、项目推进及上线复盘。
3.有工具产品（AI、壁纸、浏览器、VPN、效率工具等）或社交产品经验优先。
4.具备优秀的产品思维、数据分析能力及业务理解能力，能够通过数据驱动产品优化。
5.具备较强的项目推动能力及跨部门沟通协调能力。
6.对海外产品、AI产品或社区产品有一定理解者优先。
