岗位职责
1. 负责品牌官方社群、用户社群的日常搭建、维护与管理，搭建标准化社群运营SOP。
2. 策划社群日常话题、互动活动、福利玩法，活跃社群氛围，提升用户活跃度、留存率与归属感。
3. 实时维护社群日常互动，解答用户疑问，收集用户建议、反馈与核心需求，定期汇总上报。
4. 结合热点节点、品牌活动、内容更新，策划社群专属传播与互动玩法，联动品牌传播落地。
5. 做好社群用户分层管理，精准维护核心用户、忠实用户，沉淀品牌私域用户资产。
6. 运用AI工具辅助社群话题策划、互动文案、用户问答模板、内容素材生成，提升社群运营效率。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，35岁以下，1年以上社群运营、私域运营、用户互动相关工作经验。
2. 熟悉主流社群平台运营规则，擅长社群氛围打造、话题运营与用户关系维护。
3. 性格开朗、网感极佳，熟悉网络流行文化与年轻用户喜好，能快速拉近用户距离。
4. 文案表达活泼自然，擅长输出轻量化、高互动性的社群内容与话术。
5. 具备良好的用户洞察力和数据意识，可根据社群数据、用户反馈优化运营玩法。
6. 有泛娱乐、粉丝社群、内容平台私域运营经验者优先。
7. 熟悉或愿意深度使用AI工具，主动借助工具优化社群内容与运营效率。
