We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to build, engage, and grow a global community around our brand. This role is ideal for someone deeply embedded in the crypto ecosystem, highly communicative, and passionate about fostering meaningful user relationships across digital platforms.

职责

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow online communities across Telegram, Discord, Twitter (X), Reddit, and other relevant platforms 

- Engage daily with users, respond to inquiries, and maintain an active and positive brand presence 

- Moderate discussions and ensure adherence to community guidelines 

- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to communicate updates, campaigns, and announcements 

- Plan and execute AMAs, community events, monthly campaigns, contests, and promotions 

- Monitor community sentiment and provide actionable insights and regular reports 

- Identify and onboard influencers, ambassadors, and strategic partners 

- Track engagement metrics and continuously optimize community growth strategies

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Community Manager in crypto, blockchain, or fintech 

- Strong understanding of crypto trading, exchanges, and the DeFi ecosystem 

- Hands-on experience managing Telegram and Discord communities (mandatory) 

- Excellent written communication skills in English 

- Ability to manage high-volume communities and handle sensitive situations professionally 

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively 

- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

- Outgoing and extroverted personality
