We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support & Community Manager to ensure an excellent player experience across support channels and crypto-native communities.


This role combines frontline customer support with active community engagement, ensuring fast issue resolution, clear communication, and a strong brand presence across key Web3 platforms.


What You’ll Do


Customer Support


- Handle 40–60+ daily live chat and email tickets (via Intercom).

- Resolve crypto transaction issues (deposits, withdrawals, wallets, network confirmations).

- Troubleshoot technical issues with clarity and urgency.

- Escalate bugs appropriately and communicate updates clearly.

- Document solutions and expand the help center/FAQ.

- Maintain 95%+ CSAT and under-5-minute first response time.


Community Management


- Actively manage and grow presence on:

- X (Twitter)

- Discord

- Telegram

- Reddit

- Create and publish engaging content tailored to crypto-native audiences.

- Respond to comments, DMs, and community questions in a timely manner.

- Monitor trends in crypto and iGaming to stay culturally relevant.

- Moderate communities and maintain a positive, transparent tone.

- Track engagement metrics and report weekly insights.

- Surface community feedback to product and marketing teams.


What We’re Looking For


Must-Haves


- Native or fluent English with strong, natural writing style.

- 2+ years hands-on crypto experience (wallets, gas fees, CEX/DEX, on-chain transactions).

- 1+ year customer support experience with measurable KPIs.

- Experience with Intercom (or similar tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk).

- Experience managing X (Twitter) and Crypto Twitter accounts, including content posting and engagement.

- Deep understanding of Crypto Twitter culture and Reddit dynamics.

- Experience moderating Discord/Telegram communities.

- Strong sense of tone: knows when to be playful, when to be professional.

- Preferred time zone: GMT+2 to GMT+4 (Europe / CIS / Middle East / parts of Asia).


Nice-to-Haves


- iGaming / online casino / sportsbook experience.

- Knowledge of provably fair systems, RTP, and house edge.

- Experience creating viral crypto content.

- Familiarity with responsible gambling practices.

- Basic understanding of analytics tools (Twitter Analytics, etc.).
