Job Description

Community & Growth Executive

MedicalCertificate.in is a digital health platform that connects certified physicians with patients seeking hassle-free medical documentation. We provide confidential online consultations with registered doctors and deliver valid medical certificates within 30 minutes — from anywhere in the world.

Our certificates are issued by registered medical practitioners, are independently verifiable, and accepted by educational institutions, airlines, financial institutions, government offices, and IT firms globally. Trusted by over 45,000 satisfied clients across India and 44 European countries.

Role Description:

  • We’re looking for a high-energy, street-smart Community & Growth Executive to be our on-ground presence in the Philippines
  • This is a part community builder, part growth hacker, part brand ambassador role focused on grassroots expansion
  • This is NOT a desk job — you will be in the field visiting BPO offices, universities, co-working spaces, gyms, travel hubs, and other high-traffic areas
  • First 2 weeks will be intensive onboarding working directly with the founder in Manila

Build Networks:

  • Recruit and manage campus ambassadors across universities in Manila, Cebu, and Davao
  • Develop workplace ambassador programs targeting BPO offices, co-working spaces, and corporate HR departments
  • Create local advocate networks in gyms, travel agencies, clinics, and community centers
  • Build referral loops by turning satisfied customers into advocates
  • Approach BPO HR managers and staffing agencies with partnership proposals
  • Create value-driven outreach offering ₱349 medical certificates as a time and cost-saving solution

Create Content That Converts:

  • Identify and collaborate with nano/micro influencers for authentic promotions
  • Capture real testimonials from customers (video, screenshots, stories with consent)
  • Create localized Taglish/Filipino content for Facebook, Reels, and TikTok
  • Shoot short-form videos on the ground (BPO shifts, clinics, real-life scenarios)

Drive Growth & Intelligence:

  • Conduct weekly field conversations with BPO workers, students, HR managers, and OFW families
  • Gather insights on medical certificate needs and market behavior
  • Track competitor pricing and telemedicine trends
  • Assist in onboarding PRC-licensed Filipino doctors
  • Deliver weekly field reports shaping Philippines strategy

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, field sales, event coordination, or community management
  • Comfortable being on feet 60–70% of the time (field-heavy role)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Experience creating short-form video content (basic level acceptable)
  • Smartphone-savvy (shoot, edit, post on the go)
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Based in Manila and willing to travel within Metro Manila frequently

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Campus ambassador or student leadership experience
  • Network of influencers or content creators
  • Experience in BPO, healthcare, or travel industry
  • Own social media following (any size)
  • Connections in universities in Cebu or Davao

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Natural networker and connector, often a student leader or event coordinator
  • Comfortable approaching strangers and pitching ideas
  • Understands word-of-mouth marketing and grassroots growth
  • Resourceful, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Excited about building something from the ground up
