Role Overview:

We are looking for a top-tier CEO / Co-Founder to lead GraphDEX through fundraising, strategic positioning, and ecosystem expansion.

This is a highly visible, externally-focused leadership role with full responsibility for capital formation, partnerships, and company narrative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead overall company strategy and vision

• Own and execute fundraising initiatives (Seed and subsequent rounds)

• Build and manage relationships with tier-1 crypto venture funds

• Lead strategic partnerships with exchanges, wallets, and infrastructure providers

• Position GraphDEX across:

• DEX trading infrastructure

• Prediction markets and outcome-based products

• RWA-focused on-chain financial products

• Represent the company to investors, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders

• Lead board, governance, and long-term company structuring

Desired Background:

We are specifically interested in candidates with senior leadership experience at tier-1 crypto platforms, such as:

• Coinbase (Exchange, Wallet, Institutional, Ecosystem)

• Binance, OKX, Kraken, Bybit, Bitget

• MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Ledger, OKX Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, Phantom

• Crypto infrastructure or advanced DeFi platforms

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Former senior executive (VP / Director / Head level)

• Proven experience in crypto fundraising (Seed and/or Series A)

• Strong network across crypto VCs and strategic partners

• Deep understanding of:

• Trading infrastructure and order flow

• Wallet distribution and integrations

• Prediction markets and emerging financial primitives

• RWA narratives and institutional adoption

• Comfortable operating as a co-founder with full accountability
