Job Summary

We are hiring Outbound Appointment Setters to support a high-volume campaign focused on booking qualified appointments for our client.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, persuasive, professional, and able to follow a script while still sounding natural and engaging.

You will be responsible for calling leads, qualifying prospects, overcoming objections, and successfully scheduling appointments into the client’s calendar.


Key Responsibilities

As an Appointment Setter, your responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls to leads provided by the company
  • Following campaign scripts while maintaining a natural and professional tone
  • Qualifying prospects based on campaign requirements
  • Booking appointments accurately into the scheduling system
  • Handling objections and keeping the call moving forward
  • Updating notes and call outcomes in the CRM/dialer system
  • Maintaining daily call and appointment KPIs
  • Attending team coaching sessions and performance reviews
  • Ensuring all work is done with professionalism, integrity, and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Strong English communication skills (clear speaking voice)
  • Confidence making outbound calls and speaking with strangers
  • Sales mindset and ability to persuade without sounding pushy
  • Ability to follow scripts and adapt when needed
  • Basic computer skills (typing, navigating tabs, using CRM tools)
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Strong attendance and punctuality (non-negotiable)

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus, Not Required)

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation
  • Experience using CRMs or dialers such as Vicidial, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
  • Experience booking appointments for industries like roofing, solar, real estate, insurance, or home services

Agents will be evaluated based on:

  • Call volume per day
  • Talk time consistency
  • Appointment booking rate
  • Show-up rate (quality of booked appointments)
  • Script adherence & professionalism
  • CRM accuracy and note-taking
  • Attendance and schedule reliability

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time (40 hours per week)
  • Fixed schedule shifts available
  • Must be able to work U.S. business hours
  • Overtime may be available depending on performance and campaign demand

Compensation (Commission-Based)

This is a commission-only position. Agents are paid based on performance and successful appointment outcomes.

  • Earn per appointment booked (qualified appointments only)
  • Additional performance incentives may be available based on weekly/monthly results
  • High performers can earn significantly more than fixed hourly roles
  • Consistent leads and calling system provided by the company

Commission is calculated based on campaign rules and appointment quality standards.

Equipment Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Laptop/Desktop computer (Windows preferred)
  • USB headset with noise cancellation
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum recommended: 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
  • Quiet work environment (no background noise)

Training & Onboarding

  • Paid training (if applicable)
  • Script + objection handling training
  • Live call monitoring and coaching
  • Continuous improvement training weekly
