岗位职责：
1. 负责拓展并维护机构客户关系，包括做市商、量化基金、投研机构、经纪商等，推动其在平台的开户、交易和长期合作。
2. 根据公司战略，制定并执行机构客户引入计划，完成业绩目标（交易量、活跃度、资金规模等）。
3. 协调内外部资源，推动机构客户在 费率优惠、API对接、专属流动性支持、子母账户、风控方案 等方面的需求落地。
4. 定期收集并分析行业和竞争对手动态，提出业务优化及市场拓展建议。
任职要求：
1. 具备 2–5 年以上 区块链/金融交易所/券商/量化基金 BD 或机构销售经验，有成熟机构客户资源者优先。
2. 对数字货币市场有深入了解，熟悉衍生品（合约、期权）、做市、API 交易等业务模式。
3. 具备优秀的沟通谈判能力、客户服务意识及跨团队协作能力。
4. 最好有英语能力，会其他小语种（如日语、韩语、俄语等）者优先。
5. 有较强的目标导向和抗压能力，能适应快节奏和高强度的工作环境。
加分项：
• 有成功引入或维护 TOP 级做市商、基金、经纪商案例。
• 熟悉交易所 Pro/Institutional 产品（子母账户、专属费率、专属经理）运营模式。
• 有国际化背景或海外工作经验。
