Job Responsibilities: 1. Partnership Development: Establish new partnerships with media outlets and their affiliates, including key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and local crypto experts to attract new users and increase trading activity. 2. Relationship Management: Manage and nurture existing relationships with KOLs to ensure ongoing success. 3. Market Insights: Stay connected with the local community and monitor industry trends and competitors. Use these insights to refine product, marketing, and operational strategies. 4. Customer Support: Deliver timely and reliable service to affiliated partners and users. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and recommend improvements. 5. Strategy Execution: Actively participate in implementing company strategies, presenting initiatives in creative and practical ways. 6. Customer Base Expansion: Grow the company’s customer base and establish long-term relationships with new and existing clients. 7. Reputation Building: Enhance and strengthen the company’s reputation and presence in the local market. 8. Blockchain Trends: Stay up-to-date on emerging blockchain trends and propose new products to meet client needs. 9. Social Media Awareness: Keep abreast of the latest trends on social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and within blockchain influencer communities. Requirements: 1. Crypto/Blockchain Experience: Prior experience in the local crypto or blockchain market, with knowledge of influential figures in the ecosystem. 2. Business Development Skills: Experience in business development or sales. 3. Self-Motivation and Results-Orientation: Ability to thrive in uncharted territory, listen to market needs, find innovative ways to make an impact, and demonstrate the ability to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets. 4. Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing sales data and preparing reports. 5. Communication: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. 6. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
