岗位内容
1、负责开拓海外总代、流量主、站长及广告联盟，快速搭建并拓展产品分销与代理合作体系。
2、挖掘、招募拥有私域用户资源的海外合作伙伴，包括WhatsApp、Telegram社群运营者、网红博主及专业引流机构，将其转化为核心推广代理。
3、全权负责代理全流程管理：开展商务谈判、制定CPS/CPA/混合模式等结算规则，提供后台操作培训与日常支持，持续助力代理提升用户首存率与投资回报率。
4、结合目标市场的本土文化、节日热点及热点话题，联合代理策划高转化的裂变营销与充值促销活动，充分挖掘私域流量潜力、激活潜在用户。
任职要求
1、拥有3年及以上海外游戏、社交平台、Web3行业，或CPA、CPS广告联盟渠道拓展相关工作经验。
2、手握成熟的海外代理、总代、垂直领域网红、流量主资源，入职后可快速完成资源对接与整合。
3、熟练使用HasOffers、Cake、Postback等主流海外代理追踪系统，深度了解CPA、CPS及混合结算模式的运作逻辑与风控要点。
4、具备出色的跨文化沟通与商务谈判能力，擅长平衡多方利益、实现合作共赢；目标感强、执行力突出，能够承受工作压力。
5、工作以英文为主，可熟练开展海外商务沟通、合约洽谈、数据复盘等工作，同时具备流利的中文沟通能力。
