【岗位职责】
1. 负责跨境综合业务服务的大客户拓展，拓展对国内有外贸交易需求的境外客户及机构，以及纯海外交易的境外客户及机构，建立并维护长期合作关系，提升客户忠诚度与复购率；
2. 依据公司销售指标拓展大客户，制定可落地的客户拓展计划，负责重点大客户开发策略制定、商务谈判推进及落地转化，确保业绩目标达成；
3. 结合公司跨境支付产品特点与大客户需求，定制个性化服务解决方案，沟通产品更新信息与使用注意事项，做好客户全生命周期服务，解决合作问题；
4. 通过线下拜访拓展大客户，挖掘行业内资源；收集、整理、统计大客户专属需求并录入公司自研系统，为产品迭代与服务优化提供依据；
5. 参加跨境贸易展会、海外行业峰会及商务活动，收集市场动态，调研行业产品情况，挖掘业务合作契机，为跨境业务拓展提供方向支持。
【岗位要求】
1. 本科及以上学历，有海外留学经验者优先；
2. 熟悉跨境业务市场情况，熟悉国家外管政策，熟悉跨境支付业务，熟悉跨境贸易及跨境电子商务特点，有敏锐的市场识别能力及较强的风险识别、管控能力；
3. 了解跨境业务市场情况，从业过跨境支付业务，有敏锐的市场识别能力及较强的风险识别、管控能力；
4. 有良好的沟通交际能力，英语可作为常用语言，遇事沉稳，不骄不躁；
5. 具备一定的人脉资源沉淀及大客户开发的经验。
