岗位职责
- 全球品牌战略
- 制定3MPay全球品牌定位、核心价值主张及品牌体系（VI、品牌语调、视觉规范）。
- 策划品牌升级与重大品牌战役，对标同行Pay等竞品，树立“合规、可信、创新”的品牌形象。
- 公关与媒体关系
- 建立并维护与Web3核心媒体、财经科技媒体及行业KOL的关系网络。
- 负责重大新闻稿的策划与发布，安排高管媒体专访与行业演讲。
- 建立危机公关预案，监控品牌舆情，及时应对负面信息。
- 内容创意与传播
- 主导品牌内容矩阵建设，包括官网文案、白皮书、行业洞察报告、深度文章、宣传视频等。
- 确保所有品牌触点（App、官网、社媒、物料）传达一致、高质量的品牌体验。
- 活动与影响力
- 统筹公司参与行业顶级峰会（Token2049、Money20/20续展等）的品牌露出与公关传播。
- 策划自有品牌活动（线上发布会、线下Meetup），提升行业影响力。
- 团队管理
- 搭建并管理品牌宣传团队（初期3人），制定KPI与内容日历。
任职要求
- 经验：8年以上品牌/公关/市场营销经验，其中至少3年Web3或金融科技行业品牌负责人经验。有头部交易所、支付项目或知名科技公司品牌建设成功案例者优先。
- 能力：卓越的战略思维与创意能力；极强的写作与演讲能力；丰富的媒体资源与人脉。
- 语言：中英文流利，可作为工作语言。
- 加分项：有危机公关实战经验；有出海品牌经验；有设计/视频审美能力。
