Qualifications & experience

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in management or any related field.
• Experience in office management or supervisory role.
• Experience in marketing and ability to meet the target set.
• Results driven, goal oriented, and customer focused.
• Leadership, organizational, and developmental skills. 

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible in planning, directing and overseeing the day to day operation of the satellite office.
• Ensures that membership and loan targets are met.
• Close monitoring of the collection efficiency of the satellite.
• Prepares monthly reports for membership, loans, collection
• Responsible for the credit investigation and appraisal with the satellite personnel for member loan applicant that requires collateral.
• Effectively handles a marketing campaign to existing and prospective members regarding the various business line of the Coop whether it be for loans, health services, insurance, deposit facilities, rentals of building spaces and all other projects.
