Job Description
职位描述：
1、负责 DynamoDB、MySQL、Kubernetes 集群等系统的日常运维工作。
2、负责数据库高可用环境的部署、备份恢复、性能优化、数据迁移以及解决突发问题和疑难问题。
3、制定并执行 系统监控策略、备份策略、容灾策略，确保数据库的安全性和稳定运行。
4、对现有应用系统进行性能分析与优化，排查并解决系统潜在的技术问题。
5、执行数据库和应用系统的变更，提供与系统开发相关的数据库技术支持。
任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业，全日制本科及以上学历，扎实的数据库理论功底。
2、3年以上DBA岗位经验，1年以上 SRE工作经验，交易所或Web3工作背景，具备高并发、高可用系统的运维背景，如云计算、金融服务等行业背景；
3、Kubernetes底层原理精通，熟练掌握Kubernetes集群的日常运维，具备集群调度、资源管理的相关经验。
4、精通 MySQL、Oracle、HANA等数据库的日常运维和优化，具备数据库备份、恢复、迁移经验。
5、熟悉 Linux操作系统，熟练掌握 Shell、Python编程 和 Ansible剧本编写，具备自动化运维经验。
6、熟悉/了解 Nginx、Redis、RabbitMQ等相关技术，具备一定的系统架构优化能力。
7、具有良好的沟通能力、责任心，并具备团队合作精神和一定的抗压能力。
