风控研发架构师/Leader
(Remote work for a STABLE CEX)
核心职责:
架构设计与演进： 主导高并发、低延迟的实时风控引擎与特征计算平台架构，确保在极端行情下系统的高可用性。
业务风险攻坚： 针对市场操纵（刷量/自成交）、延迟套利、批量撸毛、提现穿仓等核心业务风险，设计并实现全链路的技术拦截方案。
数据模型工程化： 协同策略团队，负责离线/在线特征工程及机器学习模型的部署，提升风险识别的实时性与准确度。
技术前瞻与规范： 制定业务风控接入标准及研发规范；前瞻性布局链上数据监控与关联图谱技术，提升系统技术壁垒。
团队管理： 负责研发团队的梯队建设、任务排期及跨部门（产品/策略/业务）资源协调，推动项目落地。
任职要求：
基本背景： 本科及以上学历（计算机相关专业）；5年以上开发经验，其中3年以上风控或交易系统研发管理经验。
行业经验： 具有 CEX、Fintech 或大型电商业务风控背景，深度理解交易、资产、支付等业务逻辑。
技术实力： 精通 Golang 或 Java，具备大型分布式系统设计经验；熟练掌握 Flink、Kafka、Redis、Doris等实时流处理及大数据工具。
核心能力： 对业务逻辑风险（如对冲套利、虚假交易）敏感，能从技术视角拆解业务漏洞并提供闭环方案。
软技能：具备极强的抗压能力、跨部门协作能力及技术前瞻思维。
